Christmas Events 2023

As Christmas approaches, we have several events at St George’s. Our church is involved in the local community and in the wider Barcelona area in a number of ways. You can give to the Salvation Army appeal and help make Christmas gift bags, or take part in St George’s music ministry.

On Saturday, 25th November, 12-4pm, St George’s will hold its annual CHRISTMAS FAIR. As always, there will be books/DVDs, gifts, toys, cakes and preserves, Christmas cards, teas and coffees, hot meals, burgers, mulled wine and drinks. We will also have a raffle and children’s activities, and the Taste of Home British shop. It is an excellent way to enjoy a warm, festive atmosphere, and a great opportunity for newcomers to get involved and discover the joy of serving on this day of festive fun.

Here is a list of our Christmas celebration services:

• Sunday, 17th December, 11am: ALL AGE NATIVITY SERVICE & DRAMA. This year’s play is called Christmas Mystery Solved, written by some of the Sunday School children.
• Sunday, 17th December, 7pm: CHRISTMAS CAROL SERVICE with mulled wine and mince pies served afterwards
• Sunday, 24th December, 11:30pm: CHRISTMAS EVE MIDNIGHT SERVICE
• Monday, 25th December, 11am: CHRISTMAS DAY SERVICE
