Confidence, as Christians and as people, is the theme that we will be exploring together at St George’s over the five weeks of Lent 2022, in the Sunday morning services, during the Sunday afternoon coffee Zoom hour, and on Wednesday evenings. Please plan to join us as we consider the confidence we have in Christ, especially during this time when there are so many reasons to feel a lack of confidence in the world. (Note: This Lenten series has been inspired by Seasons of the Spirit by Wood Lake Publishing.)
There will be two in-person services on Sunday 13th March at 10am and 11:15am. Services will be held with windows and doors open to ensure good ventilation, so please come prepared in case it is chilly. Entry is by the side door. Seating is permitted where marked with a cross. Masks will still be worn.
We are not pre-registering. We’ll see how it goes and adjust accordingly.
The Virtual Service continues to be available online here.

Lent 2: Confidence Through a Right Perspective
Former St George’s members will share how ‘wearing the right glasses’ can transform our view of the world and whatever situation we find ourselves in.
Prepare a coffee or tea at home and connect with others in the St George’s community via Zoom. To join, use the Zoom link sent on the group chat, or contact Rachel Nelson or Revd John Chapman and they can share the link with you.
