St George’s chaplains are appointed and licensed by the Bishop of the Diocese in Europe, in conjunction with ICS, under the umbrella of the Church of England.

Intercontinental Church Society (ICS)
St George’s is also part of the work of the Intercontinental Church Society. ICS is a Church of England mission agency to English-speakers abroad which focuses on planting and growing international churches. ICS and St George’s Council both have a voice in the choosing of the chaplains.
